Here is a brief update on the current status of credits and payouts:

All credits for studies up to and including 11 January 2026 have been applied.

Logging in is possible again, and you can request new payouts provided you have a minimum balance of EUR 10.

All payout requests from 16 September 2025 up to and including 11 January 2026 have been reviewed and submitted to our house bank (Commerzbank) as a batch transfer.

The submitted transfers are shown as paid out in your balance account ("Last payout 11 January 2026").

Commerzbank is experiencing difficulties in executing the batch transfer.

This may be related to the "Verification of Payee (VoP)" that has been introduced across Europe since October 2025.

We are working on this matter but are dependent on Commerzbank’s IT department.

We sincerely apologize for the delay.

hier ein kurzes Update zum Stand der Dinge Gutschriften und Auszahlungen:

Alle Gutschriften für Studien bis inkl. 11.01.26 wurden erteilt.

Einloggen ist wieder möglich und Sie können neue Auszahlungen anfordern sofern Sie ein Guthaben von min. 10 Euro haben.

Alle Auszahlungsanforderungen vom 16.09.25 bis inkl. 11.01.26 wurden geprüft und unserer Hausbank (Commerzbank) als Sammelüberweisung übermittelt.

Die übermittelten Überweisungen werden in Ihrem Guthabenkonto als ausgezahlt geführt ("Letzte Auszahlung 11.01.26").

Die Commerzbank hat Schwierigkeiten die Sammelüberweisung durchzuführen.

Dies hängt möglicherweise mit der "Empfängerüberprüfung" zusammen, die seit Oktober 2025 europaweit eingeführt wurde.
Wir arbeiten dran, sind aber hier auf die IT-Abteilung der Commerzbank angewiesen.

Für die Verzögerung bitten wir vielmals um Entschuldigung.

  • The amount you will be paid for a survey will be stated in the invitation email
  • Payment will normally be credited to your consumer-opinion.com account within 4-8 weeks after completion of the online survey
  • You can request payment to your nominated bank account on credit balances of 10 Euros or more: UK members having a sterling bank account receive GBP without further ado.
  • Payment by bank transfer only
  • The participant must be the account holder
